I’ve paid for my online order. How do I know it’s been received?
After placing your online order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This email will contain all of the details of your order, including order number, price, preferred store pick-up location and more.

How do I know when my order is ready to be picked up from the store?
You will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is ready to be picked up. You must bring a government issued I.D., credit card used to make the original purchase and a copy of your Order Confirmation email containing the order number. To protect our customers, we can only release merchandise to those who can provide all three pieces of I.D./confirmation.

Why can't I find a specific product?
Not all items are available for sale at PeaveyMart.com. If you are looking for a specific item and can’t find it online, please contact your local Peavey Mart store and someone will be happy to help.

Why do I have to select a store?
Items purchased at PeaveyMart.com are delivered to the Peavey Mart location of your choice with FREE shipping. You can get the same item at the same price, whether online or in-store.

How do I choose a store?
You can choose My Peavey Mart store in the online checkout process.

I decided to order a different quantity. How do I change the quantity in my shopping cart?
Enter the new quantity, then click the "Update" button.

How long does the order take to arrive to my selected Peavey Mart store?
In general your order will arrive in 7-14 business days, but most orders arrive sooner. Special Orders and Pre-Orders take 2-3 weeks to arrive because they are not regularly stocked in store.

I have a farm. Why do I have to pay provincial tax?
Farm tax varies by province and by item. When you pick up your purchase, please bring the appropriate farm identification information. The store will issue farm tax credit on applicable items. The credit can only be applied to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase (i.e. credit card).

What are your hours of operation?
Peavey Mart store hours vary by location. Visit our Store Locator to view store hours. Customer Service hours of operation are 7am - 7pm Monday - Friday and Saturday 9am - 4:30pm.

I requested a password change but I haven't received it yet. Why not?
It is possible that your password change email accidentally ended up in your “Junk” or “Spam” email folder. Please make sure to add peaveymart.com to your email address book.
