Made for heavy duty transport securement and has the size, break strength and work load limit clearly marked on the handle for quick identification. Meets U.S. D.O.T. 393.100-393.102 requirements for use with chain. Includes grab hooks at both ends, which swivel 360° for easy attachment. Painted safety yellow for high visibility. Lever type binder allows for quicker application of load compared to ratchet type load binders.
