Pintle hitches are essential in agriculture, construction, and military applications due to their high weight capacity and simple design. The basic pintle hitch consists of a hook on the vehicle and a loop on the trailer, allowing for thicker metal construction and secure coupling. CURT combination ball and pintle hitches offer both a pintle hook and a standard trailer ball for versatile towing options on heavy-duty trucks or SUVs.

They are available with a shank for receiver mounting or an adjustable style for channel or plate mounting. This CURT combination pintle and ball mount features a ball capacity of 10,000 lbs. and a pintle capacity of 16,000 lbs. (Note: Never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component).

It fits lunette rings with a 2-1/2" inside diameter and includes a changeable 2" trailer ball with a hard chrome finish. A safety pin and bolt kit are also included. CURT ensures durability with a black powder coat finish on all pintle mounts, lunette eyes, and combination pintle hitches, providing rust and scratch resistance for everyday use.
